Hello! My name is Dan Mull and I’ve been in the audio, sound, music and stereo biz since 1975.
My resume includes:
- Tech and live sound engineer at Flag Systems in Orange, CA. I was involved with building, installation, configuration and FOH/Monitor mixing of professional live sound reinforcement systems. Our customers included Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, The Carpenters, Dave Mason, Earth, Wind and Fire, Frank Zappa, George Duke, Kenny Loggins, Seals and Crofts, Rick Nelson, Van Halen…and others.
- Service Manager at Pacific Stereo (’77-’86) in So Cal and here on the Central Coast. Trained as a factory authorized servicer of hi-fi brands including Advent, Bose, Kenwood, Marantz, Onkyo, Pioneer, Teac, Yamaha and others.
- Opened Audio Doctor in SLO in 1986 and have provided audio gear service since then.
- Worked for Cal Poly as in Information Tech Consultant in the Media Services department for almost 20 years (’97-’16).
I’ve worked with many local music related stores and business to support their customers in a great partnership of small businesses here on the Central Coast. BooBoo Records, Cheap Thrills Records, Bill Gaines Audio, Music Motive, Lighting Joe’s Guitar Heaven, Audio Ecstasy, Grand Performance Music and Sound, Coast Electronics/Radio Shack, Best Buy and others have been able to send their customers to Audio Doctor for local, qualified and professional service on their customer’s audio gear.
